When Amber was facing serious legal charges, she ran into a sleazy lawyer named Sherman Gale who was kind enough to offer his services claiming that he was an expert on cases like these. Though Amber first refused his offer, Gale left his card and after a moment of thinking, Amber went after him. He took the case and convinced Amber that in order to avoid jail time, she should go with the deal he had worked out with the prosecuter and plead guilty to two fellonies. Amber followed his advice, and the judge ordered her to probation, drug school and community service.
